MoneyWalk 106 Enduring Prosperity

This program will help you undo financial bondage .

Due to the power of the gospel (including biblical instruction on stewardship and the law of sowing and reaping), the following pattern of money management will work to prosper every individual who uses it and countries whose leaders use it to guide government affairs.

This is not to say on earth a person could not obtain lots of money, power, prestige, or fame by deviating therefrom. However, you must know it profits a man nothing to gain the world and lose his soul. While you could add non-biblical practices and processes and get lots of money while you’re on earth, the simple methods identified below are the only ones you need to experience the earthly and eternal blessings and rewards the LORD prepared for you. Taking the ungodly road leads to destruction you do not want to experience.

Keys to prospering on earth and throughout eternity are:

· Accept Jesus Christ as Savior and LORD, become intimate through worship and service, and ask Him to guide your affairs.

· Shun occupations, entrepreneurial endeavors, and methods that do not glorify Him.

· Be diligent at your work over a thirty-to-forty-year income-earning work span and at everything you do in ministry throughout your life.

· Tithe and give offerings to a local church and ministries that please Him by spreading the gospel in the earth and making disciples.

· Spend less than 80 percent of your after-tax income on needs and desires.

· Trust Him to supernaturally provide needs and desires (that are good for you) that you do not currently have money to purchase.

· Diligently plan and take action to eliminate current debt to live debt-free in the future.

· Save at least 10 percent of your gross income throughout your work years in an array of investment vehicles proven to provide exponential long-term growth, such as no-load low-expense S&P 500 index mutual funds, stable income-producing real estate, etc.

This pattern of adhering to biblical principles helps you appropriately maintain and grow resources the LORD entrusted to you to build His kingdom and care for your family. It also helps you do your God-given part to overcome financial problems that arise and moves Him to make a way in areas beyond your ability to overcome.

Failure to use a similar pattern shows a lack of focus on and pursuit toward what He created you to do in the earth. Ultimately, such failure will cause you to be unfulfilled deep down in your soul. You might accumulate great sums of money, but you won't have everlasting peace, joy, and righteousness in the Holy Spirit because you fail to give Him glory by employing biblical principles.

At the end of your life, you'll recognize that all the money in this world is not worth forsaking an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ that would have lasted throughout eternity, nor will it be worth the destruction your attitude and activities cause to you and many other people. So, follow His plan if you truly want the best for this life and eternity.
