MoneyWalk 108 Produce Good Fruit

This program will help you undo financial bondage .

You manage money properly when you give, save, and spend reasonable portions of it to take care of all present and future responsibilities God gives you. Such stewardship is a display of the gospel seed planted in your life that produces good fruit (godly character and works that magnify the LORD) that in turn produce more good seed to lead, serve, and bless other people via the good works He created you to do in Christ.

Satan and his demonic cohorts will continue to attack you with the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life. Never let your stewardship be guided by greed, covetousness, waste and other wicked objectives taught by satan and pursued by the world. God punishes the proud and uplifts the humble. It is best to let Him punish satan and destroy his former works in you, otherwise you put yourself in a position where His justice must punish you along with satan and demons.

Anytime you operate outside of God's plan for your life and do things opposite the way in which He directed, you're operating out of pride because you're saying you know better than God does how to be successful and fulfilled in life. Also, you're fulfilling lusts because you're putting receipt of material things and short-lived pleasures ahead of your relationship with God. You're not seeking the Kingdom of God first and His righteousness trusting that He will provide you all other things necessary for life and godliness while you walk out this life.

Walking in the spirit is very important in managing your money properly because when you walk in the Spirit you will not fulfill ungodly lusts. You’ll spend money on products or services with an eye on God receiving glory. The fruit of the Spirit that guides your lifestyle will also guide how you steward possessions entrusted to you. Then, you’ll truly be a living example of Christ-likeness who helps those around you who need the eternal, loving, saving, protecting relationship that can only be found in Jesus Christ. Along with that you will show them via His word and your life the blessing and reward of tithing, abundant giving, planning so monthly expenses do not exceed income, saving emergency reserve funds, debt-free living, refusing to cosign, investing for the future, and diversifying assets.
