This program will help you undo financial bondage.
Be committed to God's money management principles,
don't be envious of other people's promotions, and keep doing what the bible
shows will glorify God and serve other people. Then, He will promote you throughout
life. Some promotions will ultimately come from Him through other people, yet
many more will come as positive consequences (rewards) of following
biblical principles.
You’re right to think your employer should appreciate
your hard work. However, you cannot make any employer respond with appreciation.
Unfortunately, many won’t respond in the way you want them to or the way they
should. Let your godly actions and responses influence your employer and
supervisors, but most importantly rely on the LORD to promote you at the proper
time.
He can move on people’s hearts at just the right time.
Trust Him and be patient allowing Him to work things out on your behalf and don’t
try to force yourself into a promotion. You certainly can ask for and pursue
other opportunities available, especially when He speaks and tells you to do
so. Most of all you should (a) continue to complete work assignments with
excellence, (b) show proper respect for your supervisors and co-workers, and (c)
show continual initiative and creativity toward enhancing products and
services. Your employer, vendors, and/or clients will see your true value and
in due time want to promote you in some way.
Sometimes, you fail to see the promotion you’ve
received because you’re only considering what you think man should have done
for you. Or, you think you should've received a larger raise or should have
been given a prestigious title or a corner office. Be aware that promotions
come in many different forms and are sometimes not so easy to see unless you’re
looking through spiritual eyes.
The Lord has shown many people how to manage their
incomes according to biblical principles long before supervisors promoted them.
In a few short years, they eliminated all debt including home mortgages and
were well on their way to becoming wealthy far beyond what they naturally
envisioned years earlier. Some moved on to start successful businesses. During
this time, those they thought should have been instrumental in promoting them
didn’t do anything special for them. They were in reality promoted by the Lord
due to their willingness to properly manage money and relationships entrusted
to them.
The Lord’s promotion process stores treasures in
Heaven that you have access to when you need them or when He desires to give
them to you. Don't think more highly of yourself than you ought to! God has the
master plan for your life and He's more pleased and you have more peace and joy
when you follow His plan. You can only obtain the greatest treasure by (a) working
as unto the LORD, (b) using biblical financial principles, and (c) being
patient allowing the Lord to make ample room in the marketplace for your abilities
and skill to produce rewards as you utilize them and glorify Him.

The
book at the link below provides principles and practical steps that help you
use the Power To Get Wealth. By 1992, we had $135,000 of debt and
a negative $35,000 net worth. Financial bondage and turmoil led me to seek
principles and a process for employing good stewardship. As a result, we became
constructively debt-free in 1998, mortgage free January 2004, millionaires in
2012, multi-millionaires shortly thereafter, and retired in 2018 in my
mid-fifties from public servant jobs while giving abundantly to fund the gospel
of our LORD Jesus Christ. The same power is available to you!
