Fear will suddenly come upon the wicked with devastation following, whereas the desire of the righteous will be granted with prosperity surrounding them.

MoneyWalk 125 How Would You Feel If...?
This program will help you undo financial bondage.
Most people have at least three
credit cards, six charge cards, several cars, and a home with large
monthly payments because they've been taught to want more expensive material
things than their parents provided while they were growing up and more than
they can truly afford at any given point in time. They haven't considered the
spiritual implications of these financial decisions. Namely, the Christian
borrower becomes servant to the worldly lender as a result of such loan
transactions.
Taxation of income leaves somewhere
around 60% of gross monthly income to fund things we need (food, shelter,
and clothing) and other things we desire. However, living in less expensive
shelter and buying less expensive food and clothing seems like torture to most
people even if they would only need to endure it for a short amount of time in
order to put themselves in a much better financial position and greatly benefit
the Kingdom of God and other people by having greater cash flow to give toward
evangelistic and disciple-making ministry.
So, they borrow exorbitantly to get things
they desire, not realizing this will bring financial hardship and misery into
their marriages, families, and ministry. Sometimes, borrowers cut off intimate
time with God and think they cannot spend time attending to spouse, children,
and ministry to others because they’ll be unable to spend enough time earning
an income that allows them to pay all the bills they’ve created.
On the outside, they appear to have
all the material trappings that make them look well-off. In reality, they own
very little and some of what they have is eventually going to be taken from
them via foreclosure, repossession, and garnished wages, etc. when they are
unable to pay the bills down the road. Behind smiling faces, they’re often
living a tortured life because of poor financial and spiritual decisions that
go against biblical financial principles.
Good
stewardship is empowered by walking with the Spirit of God and leads you to: (a)
work with excellence within appropriate daily time periods, so your spiritual
& physical health, family, and Church life are not neglected, (b) tithe
and give abundantly to worthwhile church ministries that help build the kingdom
of God in the hearts of people via preaching and missionary works, (c) budget,
(d) maintain an emergency fund, (e) have a plan to eliminate
debt, (f) refuse to consign for others, (g) save, (h) invest,
and (i) diversify assets.
This
lifestyle of financial management brings supernatural blessing upon you that
will remove the pressure of debt and allow a great amount of income to be turned
into discretionary cash flow that can be used for the work of ministry, care of
your family, and fulfillment of your purpose. At a later and appropriate stage
in life, it allows you to also afford more of the things you desire and
physical comforts needed as you move into middle-age and senior years of life.
How would you
feel if this rich life applied to you? I'll tell you - you’d feel great about
ever abounding in the work of the LORD and being a good example of Christian
stewardship to everyone around you. So, get started today by committing to
God’s way and changing patterns, practices, and routines in your life that are
not in line with biblical instruction. Then, you will truly prosper!

10-25-21 Daily Word
Dishonest weights & measurements displease the LORD & destroy your integrity; He delights when you are honest, showing concern & goodwill for others.
MoneyWalk 124 Problem Solving
This program will help you undo financial bondage.
In order to
reach your highest potential of blessing and usefulness to God as well as
prepare for and make it through crisis times, you must employ a daily routine
of reading scripture, praying, and regularly attending local church services.
In addition, you must develop plans for dealing with problems by:
1.
Trusting
the LORD completely.
2.
Understanding
emergencies will occur.
3.
Recognizing
you can overcome them by God’s grace and empowerment.
4.
Identifying
your present financial condition.
5.
Exhibiting
self-control in your spending in order to save at least six months of income to
cover emergencies.
6.
Diligently
paying off debts.
7.
Investing
remaining disposable income in order to produce greater growth.
When you
trust the LORD, a loss of money and other possessions will not hamper your joy
and peace. In most instances, if you remain a good steward of possessions He entrusts
to you, then losses will likely be short-term. In addition, you’ll continue to
glorify Him by leading the lost to Jesus Christ and by serving others. You
greatly enhance your ability to weather storms and eliminate stress when you
build wealth by saving for emergencies, eliminating debt, and maintaining a
lifestyle of investing in diversified instruments. Such stewardship also helps
you overcome temptations to obtain money in ways that displease God (deceit,
oppression of others, illegal occupations, under-the-table payments, etc.).
When you live
this way, losses will be temporary instead of permanent setbacks. The trials
you endure will be situations that help you move into a much greater place of
faith and abundance. You’ll live in Joseph’s experience - what the enemy means
for bad for you, God will turn it for your good and bring you into The Wealthy
Place. Pre-planning and employing good stewardship practices may well determine
whether others come to your rescue. Sometimes, we think the neediest get the
greatest amount of help. However, the Bible says, “to him who has the most will
more be given.” Greater faith, greater devotion to God, and greater commitment
to good stewardship usually bring greater avenues of help and resources in
times of trouble.
Over time,
the good steward usually finds that he doesn’t need help for what would be an
emergency at another point in time in his life because his continued godly
stewardship allows him the ability to cover the costs of these situations. It’s
a great feeling knowing that emergencies that would have crippled you
financially a little while ago are now just blips on the screen. Don't miss
your opportunity to exhibit trust in God, daily devotion to Him, and planning
to protect and preserve your family. Not only will this bless you immensely, it
will be a godly example for others to follow with regard to problem solving,
making it through crisis, and avoiding financial pain emergencies otherwise
produce.

A scorner has a foul mouth & tries to destroy his / her neighbor with it, but the righteous deliver themselves & the oppressed using a tongue of wisdom & kindness.
MoneyWalk 123 Emergency Preparations
This program will help you undo financial bondage.
You're going
to have an emergency at some point in your life that will require an immediate
expenditure of an abnormal amount of money to resolve. It could be unemployment
longer than normal, a long-term illness, legal fees against prosecution, a big
hole in your roof, a furnace that stops working, or some other problem.
If you
regularly spend all you make and borrow more to finance desires, then you're
going to suffer greatly when an emergency rears its head. As a matter of fact,
when you fail to plan how you're going to provide for yourself when emergencies
occur you allow each emergency to have a more devastating impact in your life.
You can conquer negative effects of emergencies by pre-planning to save money
for such situations. The LORD puts supernatural blessing into motion to help
take care of an emergency when you consistently take natural actions toward
good stewardship. You'll prosper greatly when you envision Him as The Great I
Am and thus truly trust Him to be all you need. When you are faithful over the
little you currently have, then He makes you ruler over much more as you move
into the future.
Regularly
tithing and abundant offering help your emergency response, as they establish a
good stewardship foundation for your life that help you exercise self-control
to become disciplined financially, live on less than you make, and maintain
cash flow for debt elimination, saving, and investing. You’re then able to
build funds to handle the cost of emergencies. Some people are able to use the
cash flow to engage profitable entrepreneurial endeavors using abilities and
skills He imparted to them that provide an even larger cash flow moving forward
to help them more abundantly bless their families, others, and the Church.
Biblically-based good stewardship of your life, money, and resources provides a
safe haven against inevitable emergencies that will occur.

MoneyWalk 122 Seek First God’s Kingdom
This program will help you undo financial bondage.
People spend time
worrying about how they can better themselves financially. Becoming rich, famous,
and powerful seems to be everyone’s primary aim. They pursue degrees, human
networks, and political alliances to achieve this end and unfortunately some
choose crime. They purchase worldly books and magazines and look at every
financial program on TV without realizing the world system and its economic
models cannot give them what they really need: an eternal heavenly future with
Jesus Christ including peace, joy, and prosperity He planned for their lives on
earth.
Without the
Holy Spirit’s indwelling, many low and middle-income earners are tempted to
develop animosity toward those who have become rich while at the same time
leading them to try and use worldly financial methods to increase their own
income and wealth. The funny thing is if they become rich, they will be in the
same position and condition for which they accused other rich people. Without
His leading, rich people are tempted to engage better-than thou, arrogant
attitudes and animosity toward low and middle-income earners supposing most are
lazy or just don’t have a high enough IQ to really prosper. No matter the
financial position you are in right now or may be in at a future period, avoid satan’s
trap of developing a bad attitude and communicating beliefs about other
people's morality, ethics, work practices, etc. based on their current
financial situation.
To be sure,
it remains truth as long as we live on earth that when an able-bodied man will
not work, he also should not eat freely of the produce of those who are
responsible and disciplined at work. Yet, it also remains true that all those
who produce and are blessed with wealth are commanded by God to give to help
others who are poor and in need. He does not believe everyone who is poor has
been and will always be irresponsible and undisciplined. Nor does He think
everyone who is rich has done something immoral to be in that position.
If a person
has not pleased the LORD in getting where they are (whether rich, poor, or
middle class), He will deal with him/her. First, He brings instruction to
them so they know the right beliefs, attitude, and actions to engage in this
life. Second, He gives them the remaining length of their lives on earth to
eliminate ungodly ways and progressively engage godly principles. At some point
on earth or in eternity, He judges those who simply choose to oppress, abuse,
hurt, falsely accuse, and unfairly discriminate against other people.
By all means,
stop using the world's financial methods because they will keep you in bondage.
Begin using biblical financial principles because they work for everyone and
lead to godly productivity, eternal treasure, and earthly blessing. Also,
realize some principles used by unbelievers line up with scriptural guidance
and produce blessing on earth for them and their heirs, such as casting vision,
setting goals, giving to charity, budgeting, eliminating debt, saving,
investing, and diversifying assets. You need to avoid those that don’t line up.
In order to
avoid veering away from relationship and/or fellowship with the LORD and to
avoid future financial trouble and consequences these conditions bring into your
life, you must always measure guidance you receive (from believers and
unbelievers alike) by the stewardship and lifestyle principles contained in
the bible. Proper application should always lead you to make Him, His righteousness,
and His desire for your life and actions the priority. Then, all other things you
need and many things to be desired will be provided for you!

10-4-21 Daily Word
People who give wisely, regularly, & abundantly to gospel endeavors experience increase, whereas those who fail to consistently give often feel the pangs of financial bondage & unmet needs.
MoneyWalk 121 Do Not Compromise With Debt
This program will help you undo financial bondage.
A legitimate reason for taking on debt could be
when parents have no other way to provide food or shelter during a period of
poverty in which severe hardship has overtaken the family. It may also be
acceptable to use debt instruments whenever you have fixed assets of an amount
that covers the total loan plus interests and costs and enough stable income and
cash flow to cover the monthly payments.
Often people consider it shrewd to leverage debt
because the purchased property could increase in value over many years to be
far greater than the outstanding amount of the loan, or because renting it to
someone else could create enough cash flow to cover the monthly loan payment and
other expenses. Some call it using other people’s money to make money.
You must be very careful when walking this path
because most people who engage it have good intentions but are unable to
produce enough cash flow to cover the loan payments and/or at the wrong time in
their lives the value of the property dropped due to market conditions and they
could only off-load it at a loss. In many situations, people (even
Christians) had property repossessed or foreclosed on or were forced to
file bankruptcy, which result in huge amounts of debt still being pursued by
bill collectors and government agencies.
When people compromise by taking on debt
instruments without the net worth to cover the entire amount of indebtedness,
they usually short-change the Kingdom of God and the Church and bring financial
hardship upon their families. Unfortunately, one bad choice seems to never be
enough, so they enter into similar situations with many creditors to obtain
unneeded property, cars, and other purchases. This eliminates cash flow that
should be used to invest and grow wealth. It puts them in a position where they
choose to pay creditors instead of paying tithes and giving abundant offerings
to help lead people to Jesus Christ and teach them how to walk in His ways.
While most people want blessings and rewards from
Him they unfortunately make financial pacts with the devil and give his methods
more allegiance than they give bible principles. Your vision should be focused
on the fact that His way for you to walk this life helps you prosper immensely.
He wants to bring you out of debt, not further encumber your life with debt.
Debt freedom is truly the best position to work yourself into. It’s wonderful
to know His vision for you is that large and He is powerful enough to help you
make it happen!

Power To Get Wealth
10-1-21 Daily Word
People curse the person who withholds help when it is needed, but blessing flows into the life of one who provides help in time of need.
