MoneyWalk 471 Take Good Care Of Your Family

This program will help you undo financial bondage.

Scripture points out that a believer who does not take care of his house-hold has a spiritual condition close to that of an unbeliever. Being cured of this negative condition and caring for family in the way that pleases the LORD requires that you daily make spending time with Him the number one priority of your life. This will help you adhere to biblical principles, including those related to finances (personal and business).

The intimacy you develop with Him will lead you to a display of faith via budgeting, so you consistently spend far less than the income you bring home. It will help you identify monthly payments for unnecessary products and services that are not good for your life right now because they are keeping you from entering the Wealthy Place designed for you. It lets you know to build an emergency fund to help cover unexpected / non-budgeted costs that arise. Also, it helps lead you into the practice of debt-elimination so you can live debt-free for the rest of your life.

It helps you understand that surety / cosigning is another form of debt that should be avoided because it does not help guide you or others down the financial path of good stewardship. Also, it often leaves the borrower and cosigner under a stressful debt load, especially since the loans generally cover depreciating assets and most borrowers are not faithful in repaying the loans and the cosigner has no legal right to take the product to try and sell it to mitigate a small portion of the debt. It leads you to save beyond an emergency fund and to invest throughout the rest of your life to tremendously grow wealth to increase tithes & offerings for the spread of the gospel of Jesus Christ at home and abroad. It moves you into philanthropy to widows, orphans, and the needy in your community and beyond.

There are a few things you should do immediately even as you employ the principles above. First, you should identify primary and secondary (contingent beneficiaries) and name them on each of your financial ac-counts (bank, credit union, employer sponsored retirement, financial services brokerages like Vanguard, TIAA-CREF, etc.). In some states, a Ladybird Deed filed with your county recorder of deeds allows you to initiate an equivalent process for your home. Beneficiary designations help your heirs gain almost immediate access to funds associated with them without having to get approval from probate court. The probate process may still be needed for the conveyance of property (real and personal) not covered by a beneficiary designation or Ladybird deed.

It is wise to seek the advice of an attorney that handles property / estate matters for issues other than simple beneficiary designations on ac-counts and to help you draft a will, durable powers of attorney for finances and healthcare, and trust documents. For simple estate situations they can often charge reasonable prices and allow you to avoid mistakes you could make on do-it-yourself forms. The bottom line is, this type of documentation helps fulfill the taking good care of your family principle. You should craft such documents immediately so you dictate the disposition of your wealth / estate and thus do not allow the court system via state law to impose its will on the assets you leave behind and charge your heirs/estate hefty estate administration fees for doing so.

Please pray for this ministry and email me with any questions. May the LORD bless you richly as you follow His plan!

MoneyWalk 470 Debt Free In The Wealthy Place Is God’s Plan For You

This program will help you undo financial bondage.

Godly money management heaps financial benefits on you that you would otherwise pay to those from whom you borrow money. The process of becoming disciplined in the area of eliminating debt and refusing to borrow usually starts by cutting up credit cards. Not only do most people buy stuff with credit cards they simply cannot afford to buy at their income level, they also remain in revolving high interest debt for many years regardless of their income level because they continue to purchase unaffordable stuff because it seems so easy to use somebody else’s money to do so.

In addition, the average person using a credit card purchases 38% more stuff than he /she intended to purchase. Get rid of the cards and use cash only because that helps make sure you do not buy lots of stuff and high-priced items you do not need. This also helps you rely on faith in the LORD to supply your need according to His riches in glory, instead of you ruining your financial condition and getting off the track of His purpose for your life.

Your financial house cleaning process starts with trusting Him and the financial instruction He made sure was in the bible. His guidance encourages and motivates you to write and follow a giving, saving, and spending plan (budget) that has a basis in becoming debt free as quickly as possible, even when that means you must forego some earthly desires to do so during the next few years.

The glorious results of this plan will show up in (a) consistent giving in proportion to the income the LORD provides you, (b) debt freedom not long from now, (c) adequate emergency fund savings to help you get through trying situations, and (d) the building of wealth via investments. This will please Him by allowing you greater dominion in the earth to help bring about His will to lead many others to Jesus Christ and help them understand His will in a way that is exponentially beyond your ability today.

Please pray for this ministry and email me with any questions. May the LORD bless you richly as you follow His plan!

MoneyWalk 469 You Have The Power To Get Wealth

This program will help you undo financial bondage.

Have you ever noticed that your negative view of your employer’s actions (decision-making, work processes, endeavors, layoffs, employee benefits, etc.) don’t stop creditors from calling and writing you to get what you owe them? I hope you have noticed because complaining about your employer is not a tool that will suddenly make all your financial and personal problems go away. The fact is, even when an employer does not disrespect its workers, it is each worker’s responsibility to manage the income received to live within his/her means, be comfortable, and set aside funds for emergencies, catastrophes, and difficult situations that will occur at various points in their lives.

This is your job and you must walk it out, otherwise you’ll find yourself in financial troubles even when you have solid, well-paying, long-term employment, and great supervisors. Putting yourself in the best condition to overcome any financial need you may encounter requires that you stop the madness of borrowing money from financial & retail institutions to purchase desires. In fact, the best vision and faith action you can take is to eliminate borrowing for anything. Simply living within your means. Let the LORD provide people to give you things you cannot afford, so you can be a good steward with money He entrusts to you. In a short period of time, He will give you more to allow you to be a blessing to the Church and people who are in need.

How many institutions or people you've borrowed from in the past told you "the borrower is a slave to the lender?” Probably none of them. Satan's destructive plan is often carried out by convincing you to get loans so hardly any of your money can go to the Church because it appears needed to make long-term monthly payments to creditors who care nothing about evangelism and making disciples. Though he and his minions may feign it, satan really does not care anything about your well-being.

Mismanagement of resources God provided brings misery to your life. You have a better option. You can be content with your true needs being met and the provision of things you can truly afford instead of being a slave to the lender. Being content in this manner doesn’t mean that you will never have things that are better quality or higher cost than what you currently have. It is not saying that the LORD cannot afford to provide more to you, rather it is saying you will not elevate one biblical principle (tithing / giving) over other biblical principles (refusing to borrow and cosign). Obey all His instruction all the time. This is the pathway to a life of peace, joy, and prosperity. When you don’t walk this way, you suffer the consequences of your ungodly actions at some point down the road, on earth and/or eternally.

Please pray for this ministry and email me with any questions. May the LORD bless you richly as you follow His plan!

MoneyWalk 468 Charity With Discernment

This program will help you undo financial bondage.

The bible says true religion is helping meet needs of orphans and widows. It also tells us to not to provide resources to able-bodied freeloaders and the slothful who will not lift a finger to help themselves. The Holy Spirit teaches believers to discern those who are truly needy versus those who are simply greedy, lazy, and manipulative. When individuals can properly discern the difference, leaders that come from among us, who serve in Churches, governments, and other organizations, can identify qualifications that help us separate the truly needy (who will receive help) from others who feel entitled to money and resources the LORD entrusts to us but are not really qualified to receive it.

Physical and material social services was not the primary aim of Jesus Christ and the disciples. Their mission was to intimately know Father God and to publish the Gospel of Jesus Christ so others could also know Him in this way and thus have a home in Heaven. Yet, their faith produced actions that indeed helped many (salvation, healing, and deliverance) while at the same time discerning and teaching other disciples (and those of us to come later) which types of needs they should not give earthly resources toward and which life circumstances would meet qualifications for benevolence. In this way, to give or not to give would aim people at doing what is necessary to correct their spiritual course while also meeting earthly needs.

If we understand that God can lead us when we continually ask for His guidance then we will understand and know that scripture is telling us that God will also help us form appropriate help (projects, plans, etc.) for the needy in every organizational arena (family, neighborhood, business, church, governments, etc.). He will help us set qualifications that largely avoid benefitting the wicked, the greedy, the lazy, and the immoral who do not want to change. He will also help us understand the resources that should be expended and the time limits for such help.

With God all things are possible! When we live in accordance with His will we will prosper and help others do so. He blesses us to be a blessing and it comes to pass in every corridor of life when He is our focus. Lord, in my beliefs and actions, let Your will be done in Earth even as it is in Heaven!

Please pray for this ministry and email me with any questions. May the LORD bless you richly as you follow His plan!
