MoneyWalk 385 Employ Holy Spirit Led Goals

This program will help you undo financial bondage.

The Holy Spirit helps you overcome every obstacle that stands in the way to doing what Father God wants. In order to continually invite His presence and wisdom into your life, you must regularly engage worship by giving Him thanks & praise, reading scripture, praying daily, fellowshipping with other believers, serving in the local church and via your vocation in order to help other people and make disciples of them, and by regularly introducing other people to Jesus Christ by sharing your testimony of His saving grace.

You should also write down actions you will take to accomplish particular pursuits that will build you up in the most holy faith of our LORD and help you continually mature along His path for you, such as:

• Graduate from spiritual authority class at your local bible-believing Church that will teach you that submission, agreement, and obedience are not the same thing but are intimately connected to help you align with your Church elders to pursue and achieve the vision, goals, and objectives the LORD set for your Church. This also helps you learn how to please Him and serve honorably as you work in staff, management, and leadership roles in your vocation among citizens of this world.

• Graduate from a biblically-based leadership course to help you build on the elementary principles of Christ so you can move on from drinking the milk of the Word to eating the meat of the Word.

• Employ biblical-based financial empowerment disciplines so you are a good steward of the manifold blessings the LORD gives you and allows you to obtain throughout life. The disciplines begin with tithing and offering to the Church and also include budgeting in order to achieve debt-free living, no cosigning, emergency fund and special project saving, and investing and diversification for building wealth and maintaining it.

• Helping out in a few ministries at a time so the Holy Spirit can mold you and show you during a number of years of faithful service the main ministry and/or vocational mission field the Father purposed for you at creation.

You can write such goals to be specific, measurable, attainable with His help, realistic though a stretch beyond where you are currently, and with a future time at which you hope to achieve the them as the LORD wills. This can help you achieve His vision for your life which is the desire of your heart. It will also ensure that you use the bulk of resources received through any ministry and vocational endeavors to advance the gospel, care properly for your family and local Church, and help many other people.

The ultimate goal of your life and activities should be to glorify the LORD, educate and encourage Christians, and lead unbelievers to a relationship with Jesus Christ regardless of the field you choose to work in. You’ll need to be flexible along the way because every step will not work out the way you first penned it, yet God will continually re-focus your vision, purify and modify your steps, close doors when needed, and open other doors that help you. If you do not write down the vision and goals it is highly likely you will never fully pursue the pathway He has in mind and which is ultimately best for your life.

Please pray for this ministry and email any questions. May the LORD bless you richly as you follow His plan!
