This program will help you undo financial bondage.
If
you have cosigned a note for someone, the bible says quickly plead to have the
lender remove your name off the debt, otherwise your belongings are subject to
be taken when the debt isn’t paid. Many cosigners have to pay debts because the
people for whom they cosigned failed to pay them. Don't fall out with others
because you failed to make the right decision by refusing to cosign for their
debts. After all, your failure might be one of the reasons they haven’t become
responsible in paying their creditors.
You
must discern satan's strategy to tempt you to waste money on the material
desires of those who mismanage money and desires entrusted to them. When a true
need exists, instead of cosigning for a loan, it’s best to give the person cash
or material resources on hand (food, clothing, etc.) that are not required to
meet your tithing, offering, and bill payment responsibilities.
In
most instances, you must know a person reasonably well to know whether or not
he/she is truly in need. Yet, when the Holy Spirit directs you to help, you
must do it in compliance with His will, regardless of your observation of the
person, without cosigning for him/her and within the limits of resources you
have on hand. Without delay refuse every request to cosign, yet encourage each
requester to use biblical money management principles to help him/her become
good stewards over their resources so they can get out of financial bondage and
move on to build wealth.

The
book at the link below provides principles and practical steps that help you
use the Power to Get Wealth. By 1992, we had $135,000 of debt and
a negative $35,000 net worth. Financial bondage and turmoil led me to seek
principles and a process for employing good stewardship. As a result, we became
constructively debt-free in 1998, mortgage free January 2004, millionaires in
2012, multi-millionaires shortly thereafter, and retired in 2018 in my
mid-fifties from public servant jobs while giving abundantly to fund the gospel
of our LORD Jesus Christ. The same power is available to you!
