This program will help you undo financial bondage.
For numerous centuries, Christians have been the largest group of people to help others around the world saved and unsaved with food, clothing, shelter, and jobs. Most local churches have an established benevolence process to help take care of needs in their congregation, and sometimes in the immediate community. Many go beyond that by funding missions that help people in foreign lands. Most of the largest worldwide service organizations were started by Christians (i.e., American Red Cross, Salvation Army, Habitat For Humanity, Operation Blessing, Samaritan’s Purse, World Vision, Convoy of Hope).
The Lord wants you to help fund good Samaritan endeavors in proportion to how He blesses you. You should care enough about people to want to see their needs taken care of, directly or via organizations that exhibit good moral standards & stewardship. The unbreakable bond of unity we have in Jesus Christ makes our top priority serving immediate family and doing first to the household of faith. This includes looking for and using some Christian-owned businesses that deal honestly and promptly in carrying out the duties of their trade.
This honors the Lord and blesses the owner and employees by providing revenue for them to care for their households and business interests. It also blesses the Church because believers in these groups (and others who become believers) will tithe and give offerings from their revenue or profit, to help spread the gospel and meet other’s needs. In addition, you’ll be blessed with excellent products, services, and fellowship with them, and He’ll reward you with more in the future to continue to be a great blessing to Him and others.
