MoneyWalk 44: In Jesus Christ you are prosperous

People who rebel against God are spiritually and eternally dead, but Jesus Christ gives living water when you repent of sin and ask Him, with all your heart, to be Savior and LORD. God gives the lonely a home to dwell in and leads prisoners to prosperity.

This salvation, which brings new life, can begin right now whether you’re driving your car or sitting at home. Jesus wants you to fulfill God’s purpose for your life, spiritually, eternally and naturally. That can happen only when you let Him guide you. Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers, but his delight is in the law of the Lord and on His law he meditates day and night.

He's the one who created you, filled you with a godly purpose, and called you out of darkness to be led by His marvelous light. Confess and profess to others your acceptance of His call and let me know about your decision. It’s the best decision you could ever make and all of God’s children will rejoice with the heavenly angels on your behalf. Folly is a joy to him who has no sense, but a man of understanding walks uprightly.

Let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not forsaking to assemble yourselves together like some have done, but encouraging one another all the more as you see judgment day drawing nearer. You’ll become much more useful to God and others as you encourage and edify them by getting involved in church ministry and sharing your testimony of what God has done in your life spiritually, eternally, naturally, and financially.

Encourage yourself to godly works by using biblical principles to govern your life and financial affairs. You'll see positive changes accelerate your life when you commit to Christ’s stewardship commands. He came that you might have life and have it more abundantly.
