This program will help you undo financial bondage.
When they carry the products and
services we need or enjoy, it's good to patronize businesses owned by people
faithful to Jesus Christ, who model His likeness in their conversation and
deeds. The Great Commission identifies the foremost mission we have among
people to evangelize and make disciples of them, showing them the pathway to
relationship & intimacy with Christ.
Though we’ve made mistakes, we are
maturing. Our commitment to holiness is one of the biggest tools in fulfilling
our mission. Your progressive transformation should be evident to family
members, neighbors, and co-workers because you no longer engage ungodly
activities. Also, you form words and deeds in ways that glorify the LORD.
Every day, ask Him for and act on
opportunities to share the gospel with people. Don’t worry about your goodness
being called into question. After all,
the perfection of Jesus Christ is the focus of your proclamation, for only He
can save and deliver from earthly and eternal bondage to sin and grant eternal
life to replace the sentence of eternal damnation we would otherwise deserve.
You can trust faithful Christian
business owners to understand this truth and follow scriptural instruction in every
area of life including how they operate their business and use the proceeds. They
offer products that are wholesome that in no way besmirch the name of the LORD and
they sow an abundant portion of profits into ministry and benevolent endeavors
in their communities and beyond.
Business owners who have no
allegiance to Christ often give to organizations with agendas that are
destructive from a biblical perspective because they are contrary to scriptural
standards concerning acceptable lifestyles, relationships, and activities. Or,
they kowtow to politicians and consumers with unsavory beliefs and character
because they do not want to stop the flow of cash into their coffers. They help
lead people into bondage and help maintain it in their lives.
The bible instructs us to do first
unto the household of faith. Preferring and patronizing Christian owned
businesses in a variety of industries, that are faithful in carrying out their
responsibilities, is one way of engaging this principle. When you do so, you
will help these businesses thrive and be a conduit that helps others have
access to great products and services while overtly and covertly leading many to
Jesus Christ, His love, and good works.
