This program will help you undo financial bondage.
· We do not
argue with anyone about money management. When given the chance, we explain
that we use biblical principles to determine how we manage resources the LORD
entrusts to us. For what does it profit a man to gain the world but lose his
soul and he who loves the world and the things of the world is at enmity with
God.
· We study the
bible and to ensure it is the foundation for our management and to support our
commentary.
· We explain
that each person can choose to obey or disobey biblical instruction and thus
reap the rewards of obedience or the consequences of disobedience. Also, biblical
principles afford people boundaries in which they can employ different methods
to extract the benefits thereof, which means everyone’s decisions do not need
to be the same as ours. They simply should seek to please the LORD in the
management of their finances. No matter what, we choose to obey His commands so
our life is on a firm foundation throughout eternity and to partner in spreading
His good news.
· We first
direct people to pray and seek the LORD and then direct them to resources that shed
light on stewardship areas they’re interested in. For instance, we lead them to
websites that provide articles written by reputable Christian financial experts
and to resources that help them understand why and how to create a giving
saving spending plan, eliminate debt, build savings and investments, buy
insurance, create estate plans, etc.
We cannot
make people believe the way we do because they have the power of choice in this
life. They must hunger and thirst for righteousness in order for God’s wisdom
and revelation to be accepted, understood, and employed. Some people will find
reasons to dispute and ridicule biblical principles and methods that work
therewith. It’s well known that many ridicule Jesus, so they'll also do it to
His followers. He gives believers strength to endure it. When sharing bible truth,
recognize you’re planting and/or watering seeds that will take root at some
point in people’s lives when they soften their hearts toward Him and desire to
be good stewards of the life, income, and resources entrusted to them.
