MoneyWalk 273: The Best Investment Practice

This program will help you undo financial bondage.

Learn to give first, save next, then spend wisely while making sure that your monthly expenses are less than your monthly income, so you’ll have disposable income left over each month to systematically save and invest to build wealth for the future. Set aside time to voraciously read money management and investing books and articles. Throughout the years going forward talk with financial counselors and accountants to find a few that have an ability to teach good biblically based principles and help others achieve financial freedom. Stay away from those who make pressure pitches and make sure your heart and mind is set on saying “no” to any investment or financial product pitch they tell you cannot wait. Otherwise, you will put yourself in bondage by purchasing products that are no good for your situation. You always have and need time to run opportunities by the Holy Spirit and your cohort of counselors and confidants in order to make sure they are truly good for your situation.

Let the Holy Spirit help you separate the information with real and godly value from the information that is fake and harmful to your future and others. You’ll learn that He advises you to keep a portion of your savings and investments in at least seven financial institutions in different types of investments (could be stocks, bonds, mutual funds, real estate, guaranteed investment contracts, and other good vehicles). He also wants you to invest with people and companies with good management, growth histories, and future prospects by researching the broker, institution, and investment backgrounds to make sure they are not false prophets touting high, safe returns but delivering low returns in unsafe, unsound investments and companies. Otherwise, you risk losing major sums of money by investing in losers who look good on the outside but have poor safety and growth prospects that are sometimes based on lies and material misrepresentation to pull in those who lack understanding.

You should have no fear of investing and must understand that there are sound investment advisers, companies, and investments. Just realize, as instructed by scripture, that you should constantly reach for a greater understanding and diversify your investment holdings to provide the type of safety needed to guard you from total or significant loss. Therefore, you should never put all your money into one investment vehicle, one financial institution, or the hands of one counselor. Nor should you invest in anything you don’t understand. You’ll get the best of the market and build wealth overtime and not be foiled by get-rich-quick schemes when you diversify your assets among various sound investment vehicles based on the long, medium, and short-term history of different vehicles, your risk tolerance, and the future date you intend to use the money.

Please pray for this ministry and email any questions. May God bless you richly as you follow His plan!!!
